Need someone with a BS in Engineering with experience in any or all of the following: PLC programming, HMI, Robotics, and DCS preferably out of a high speed manufacturing environment. Must be able to program from scratch and be able to lead projects.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 plus bonus.

Product Development Manager–State College PA
Working with a well established consumer products manufacturer in the State College PA area looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead a team and develop products in the absorbent hygiene space. There are 2 openings and one position is a senior leadership role.

Senior Electrical Engineer–Defiance OH
Working with a with a well established consumer products manufacturer building a new plant in Ohio and looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer. This person will be the Project Leader and SME for all things electrical.
Need someone with a BS in Electrical Engineering with strong project management and electrical engineering experience in the following areas: power generation, electrical design, controls, motors, drives. Must have leadership skills as well as PLC and/or DCS experience. Must be able to coach, mentor, and train people. The person will start out working remote but must be willing to travel 3 out of 4 weeks per month to other plants until the plant is built and then must relocate to Defiance.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000

Strategic Account Manager–Cleveland OH
Working with a growing manufacturing company in the Cleveland OH area looking for a Strategic Account Manager for their automotive and transportation market. This is a higher level, more strategic sales role need someone to coach and mentor current Account Managers to help them grow revenue with large accounts and help them build relationships with C level people.
Looking for someone degreed with strong B2B outside sales experience in manufacturing with good technical skills. Preference is someone who has sold into automotive or transportation markets with good leadership skills. Must have a proven track record of growing large, multi million dollar accounts and have experience building relationships with C level people. The person must be willing to travel 30-40% all over the US, Mexico, and Canada and must be willing to be onsite when not traveling.
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 plus bonus and commissions.
