Need someone with a BS in Engineering with experience in any or all of the following: PLC programming, HMI, Robotics, and DCS preferably out of a high speed manufacturing environment. Must be able to program from scratch and be able to lead projects.

Process Engineer–State College PA
Working with a well established consumer products manufacturer in the State College PA area looking for an experienced Process Engineer. This is a senior engineering role where the person will lead both improvement projects and capital projects as well as train Operators on how to use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to solve problems.
Need someone with a BS in Engineering with leadership skills and experience in process engineering, project management, and continuous improvement in either consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience required. Looking for a hands on Engineer who likes working with people on the plant floor.

Maintenance Reliability Manager–State College PA
Working with a with a well established consumer products manufacturer in the State College PA area looking for a Maintenance Reliability Manager. This is a day shift position and the person will be responsible for all maintenance activities as well as machine productivity.
Need someone preferably with at least an Associates degree with strong maintenance management and industrial maintenance experience in either consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Looking for a hands on leader that knows how to coach, train, and develop people. CMMS experience and good troubleshooting skills are essential. Reliability and TPM experience and must have prior experience setting up a PM program. Need someone with industrial maintenance experience and not facilities maintenance.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000

Packaging Process Engineer – Macon GA

Working with a well established manufacturing company in Anderson SC looking for an experienced Estimator to be responsible for doing cost estimates for the site as well as for capital projects ranging from $100K to $500 million.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree with extensive cost estimating experience in manufacturing construction. Large capital project management experience is essential. Must have manufacturing or industrial experience to be considered and must be familiar with construction principles and the bidding process. Construction experience working for a Construction Manager or Contractor would be preferred.

Our client is a consumer products manufacturer located in Anderson SC and they are looking for a Business Unit Leader on the paper side of the business to manage 100+ people on multiple shifts and be responsible for leading improvement projects.
Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with strong production management experience in towel or tissue to be considered. Must have experience working on a TAD machine and wont consider someone who doesn’t have that experience.
